3. Fees include ticket costs and booking service fees. Detailed breakdowns are shown in the price details. Services include ticket issuance, exhibition postponement or cancellation notifications, venue change alerts, and meeting reminders.

4. Tickets are for the applicant’s personal use and cannot be transferred to others. Electronic tickets can be exchanged for paper admission certificates at the exhibition service desk.

5. Please pay attention to the visit dates and entry times of the electronic tickets purchased. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred after purchase. Please keep them safe.

6. This exhibition is a B2B event open to professionals. After submitting an application, approval is required. During the review process, we may request additional supporting materials from applicants.

7. If the submitted information does not meet approval requirements or if the issuance deadline is missed, the fees will be refunded within 3 business days via the original payment method.
