The China Higher Education Fair - Gao(HEEC), formerly known as the National Higher Education Instrument Equipment Exhibition established in autumn 1992, was included in the "Guided and Supported Exhibitions by the Ministry of Commerce" in 2015. In 2017, the China Higher Education Society was selected as one of the "First Batch of Key Contact Enterprises in the Exhibition Industry" (Organizing Unit) by the Ministry of Commerce. In January 2018, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the exhibition was officially upgraded to the China Higher Education Fair. After the renaming of the exhibition, it will be presented in various forms such as exhibition display, conference forums, and competition activities, showcasing the achievements of Chinese higher education, serving the construction of a strong country in higher education, and creating a national name card for higher education. This year's Gao will focus on the theme of "Vocational and General Education Integration, Industrial and Educational Integration, Scientific and Educational Integration", serving the coordinated development of education, science and technology, and talent. The China Higher Education Fair - Gao (HEEC) is divided into two parts: High-tech Equipment Zone and Characteristic Special Zones. The High-tech Equipment Zone sets up six exhibition areas including Laboratory and Research Instruments and Equipment, Informationization and Smart Education, Practical Training and Mechanics, Medical Education and Health, Campus Management and Safe Campus, and Sports Facilities and Supplies.
