China Canton Fair Autumn Edition - Phase II, established in spring 1957, is held twice a year, in spring and autumn, in Guangzhou. Canton Fair is the most comprehensive international trade fair in China with the longest history, highest level, largest scale, most complete range of products, most buyers attending, and best transaction results. It is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the China Foreign Trade Centre, import and export chambers/associations, and trading delegations. The fair consists of 48 trading delegations, with tens of thousands of foreign trade companies, production enterprises, research institutes, foreign-invested/private enterprises with good credit and strong strength participating.

The China Canton Fair Autumn Edition - Phase II has flexible trade methods, focusing mainly on export trade, but also doing import business, and conducting various forms of economic and technical cooperation and exchange. The exhibition area of the last session was 850,000 square meters, with 42,659 participating companies and a total attendance of 692,013 people (192,013 overseas buyers); as well as activities related to commodity inspection, insurance, transportation, advertising, consultation, etc.
