Since 2016, the China Ice Cream & Frozen Food Equipment & Raw Materials Exhibition (Shanghai) and the China (Tianjin) Ice Cream & Frozen Food Raw Materials, Processing Technology & Equipment Exhibition have strategically merged to co-host this event. Closely aligned with market demands, it provides an exceptional platform and opportunities for the development, production, trade, application, and market promotion of ice cream, frozen food ingredients, and processing equipment.

The previous edition of Tianjin International Ice Cream & Frozen Food Industry Exhibition (Ice Cream China) covered a total exhibition area of 42,000 square meters, featuring 400 exhibitors from the United States, Italy, Germany, Dubai, Spain, Japan, South Korea, the UK, Mexico, India, and more. It attracted 32,416 attendees.
