The Taiwan Kaosiung Food and Catering Equipment Exhibition is the largest and most important food and catering equipment exhibition in Taiwan, as well as an important Halal food exhibition. A new Halal food area will be added to fully connect the food industry chain and establish the most professional procurement platform in southern Taiwan.

Exhibits span food, beverages, catering equipment, and smart manufacturing, attracting many leading companies to participate enthusiastically. In the food area, beloved century-old bakery 'Juzhenan', the first brand of satay sauce 'Haodiyi', and the octopus ball master 'Hongyu Hang' from Penghu Island, among others, showcase the diverse charm of Taiwanese cuisine. The national pavilions feature products from 14 countries including Korea, Vietnam, the United States, Belgium, Germany, and the Marshall Islands, offering exotic foods from around the world, such as Japanese tea, Belizean hot sauce, German beer, and Marshall Islands' coconut whiskey, allowing visitors to experience global flavors in one place.

To strengthen Taiwan's food industry's expansion into overseas markets, an international channel business procurement conference for Kaosiung Food is held on the first day of the exhibition, inviting large retail channel buyers, importers, and representatives from e-commerce platforms from 18 countries, including the United States, France, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, to discuss popular items such as health foods, drinks, leisure snacks, and frozen processed goods with high-quality Taiwanese food manufacturers, expecting over 300 one-on-one negotiations.
