The Kaohsiung Food & Catering Equipment Exhibition (Kaohsiung Food Show) is the largest and most important food, catering equipment, and halal food exhibition in Taiwan. A new halal food zone will be added to fully integrate the food industry chain and establish the most professional procurement platform in Southern Taiwan.

The exhibition covers food, beverages, catering equipment, and smart manufacturing, attracting numerous leading enterprises to participate. In the food zone, renowned brands such as the century-old bakery "Jiu Zhen Nan" (beloved across Taiwan), the top satay sauce brand "Hao Di Yi", and the Penghu cuttlefish ball expert "Hong Yu Hang" jointly showcase the diverse charm of Taiwanese flavors. The National Pavilion features exhibitors from 14 countries, including South Korea, Vietnam, the United States, Belgium, Germany, and the Marshall Islands, offering exotic specialty foods. From Japanese tea and Belizean chili sauce to German beer and Marshallese screw pine whiskey, visitors can experience global flavors in one stop.

To help Taiwanese food companies expand into overseas markets, the "Kaohsiung Food International Channel Procurement Conference" will be held on the first day of the exhibition. It will invite 40 representatives from major retail channels, importers, and e-commerce platforms across 18 countries, including the United States, France, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. They will negotiate popular items such as health foods, beverages, leisure snacks, and frozen processed products, with over 300 one-on-one meetings expected with high-quality Taiwanese food manufacturers.
