The 27th China International Bakery Exhibition (Bakery China 2025) was successfully held from May 19 to 22, 2025, at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. With the theme “Innovation-Driven, Connecting the World,” the event brought together over 2,200 exhibiting companies from more than 130 countries and regions, showcasing over 10,000 innovative products and solutions, thereby setting new records in both scale and influence.
The exhibition comprehensively covered the entire bakery value chain, spanning raw and auxiliary materials, intelligent equipment, packaging design, and store‑level solutions, offering a holistic view of the industry’s latest innovations and technological advances. For the first time, the show introduced the “Belt and Road Bakery Corridor,” highlighting signature ingredients, time‑honored techniques, and cultural‑fusion achievements from countries along the Belt and Road, which has become a new focal point for international cooperation and exchange. During the event, more than 20 expert forums, international baking competitions, and new‑product launch events were held, addressing key topics such as AI‑enabled retail applications, sustainable packaging, and healthy baking.
