The China (Chongqing) International Hot Pot Industry Expo is a key exhibition project of Chongqing Municipality and an UFI‑certified event; it serves as a vital platform for brand promotion, production‑sales matchmaking, and resource integration within the hot pot industry chain.

With a planned exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, the expo will bring together over 3,000 enterprises and nearly 60,000 exhibits, covering the entire value chain—from raw ingredients and processed foods to equipment and ancillary services—and will feature a dedicated “One County, One Product” pavilion showcasing regional specialties, intangible cultural heritage delicacies, and premium local products.

Concurrently, more than 30 specialized exchange events will be held, including the China Hot Pot Industry Innovation Conference, the International Hot Pot Procurement Conference, and the Hot Pot Signature Ingredient Selection Fair, with an expected attendance of 120,000 visitors.
