Anuga Select China (World Food Shenzhen Expo) is the first international exhibition strategically positioned to target the food and beverage market in South China. Co-organized by Koelnmesse, China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs & Native Produce (CFNA), and Shenzhen Retail Business Association, it is strongly backed by the globally renowned Anuga, the world's leading food trade fair in Cologne, Germany.

Spanning 35,000 square meters, this edition is expected to attract over 700 domestic and international exhibitors. The exhibits cover the entire industry chain, including confectionery, seafood, gourmet foods, green & health foods, meat, coffee & tea, dairy, food service, and food packaging technology, further consolidating its international influence in South China.
