The 13th China Food Ingredients E-commerce Festival (CFTF), hosted by Liangzhilong, was successfully held from March 28 to 31 at the Wuhan International Expo Center, spanning four days. This year’s event exceeded 300,000 square meters in exhibition space, featuring 14 major thematic zones, and attracted more than 5,500 exhibiting companies from around the globe. Over 100,000 product offerings were showcased, drawing more than 350,000 professional visitors, with on-site transactions surpassing RMB 10 billion.
On the day before the opening ceremony, the inaugural Liangzhilong Supply Chain Ecosystem Conference took place, focusing on the full-chain development of the food ingredients industry and strategies for ecological collaboration. During the conference, the “China Food Ingredients Single-Product Champion Strategy Club” was officially established, with 19 leading enterprises—including Guolian Aquatic Products, Hengxing Group, and Gaishi Foods—joining as founding members. Additionally, Liangzhilong, together with platforms such as Shuhai, Chuanwei, and Dongpin Online, initiated the preparatory committee for the “Catering Chain Joint Procurement Alliance,” while also partnering with cold-chain logistics firms like ZTO, Puling, and Wanwei to launch the “Front-End Warehouse Delivery Alliance,” all aimed at enhancing supply chain operational and delivery efficiency.
This edition of the fair introduced several distinctive new zones, including the A6 International Pavilion and the C5 Culinary Masters Pavilion. In the A6 International Pavilion, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Foodstuffs, Native Animals & Livestock organized nearly 20 high-quality foreign-trade enterprises to establish a dedicated “Premium Foreign Trade Products” showcase, highlighting over one hundred premium export items such as aquatic products, plant-based proteins, ready-to-eat foods, compound seasonings, frozen vegetables, edible mushrooms, and canned fruits and vegetables. Meanwhile, the C5 Culinary Masters Pavilion fostered deep connections with top-tier culinary masters nationwide, encouraging close partnerships between master chefs and ingredient manufacturers, thereby promoting craftsmanship and passing down time-honored cooking techniques.
In parallel with the exhibition, more than 120 industry events were held, including over 20 food ingredients industry forums, 22 category-specific conferences, more than 40 live-streamed ingredient festivals, over 30 exhibitor roadshows, 10 culinary competitions, and 4 buyer–seller matchmaking sessions. Notably, the first China Breakfast Ingredient E-commerce Festival was staged ahead of schedule in October 2024, spotlighting innovations within Wuhan’s re gan mian and breakfast supply chains, with participation from leading brands such as Changqing Maxiangyuan, Sanzhen Minsheng Sweet Shop, Cai Mingwei, and Wufangzhai.
Supported by organizations including the Chinese Cuisine Association, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Foodstuffs, Native Animals & Livestock, and the Hubei Chu Merchants Federation, and organized by Wuhan Liangzhilong Food Ingredients Co., Ltd., this event has firmly established itself as a benchmark gathering in China’s food ingredients supply chain sector.
