China International Food & Catering Expo – Hunan Food & Catering Fair

The China International Food & Catering Expo (China Food Catering Expo, abbreviated as “Food & Catering Expo”) is a key trade show in the domestic trade circulation sector, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce. The inaugural edition in 2016 brought together five previously established events—the China Food Expo, which had been held ten times; the China Catering Expo, with three editions; the China (Changsha) International Food Exhibition, also in its third iteration; the Xiang Cuisine Culinary Culture Festival, now in its eleventh year; and the Beijing International Coffee Expo, marking its tenth edition—successfully convened in Changsha. The first event attracted leading brands from the food and catering sectors across 21 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide, as well as 12 overseas regions, and drew tens of thousands of industry professionals—including distributors, agents, traders, catering establishments, and government procurement representatives—from both China and abroad. China International Food & Catering Expo – Hunan Food & Catering Fair tickets are e-tickets. Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit.
