The China Marine Equipment Expo is one of the most influential maritime equipment exhibitions in China, serving as a comprehensive, multi‑level bridge and platform for exchange and cooperation within the marine equipment sector.
Against the backdrop of the ongoing national strategy to build a strong maritime nation and the accelerating global shift in energy structures, the marine equipment industry is rapidly advancing toward deeper waters, greater intelligence, and increased sustainability. From offshore wind power and oil & gas exploration to offshore photovoltaics, hydrogen energy, and deep-sea resource development coupled with smart operations and maintenance, marine energy and offshore engineering equipment are becoming key pillars driving the growth of the blue economy.
As an important specialized section of the expo, the Offshore Energy and Marine Engineering Technology Equipment Zone will focus on critical links in the industrial chain, showcasing cutting-edge technological achievements and practical solutions across the spectrum of marine energy development and offshore engineering equipment. With marine energy projects increasingly extending into deeper and more remote waters, offshore energy equipment is undergoing continuous upgrades. The zone will highlight products and technologies related to offshore energy surveying and design, offshore wind power systems, oil and gas exploration and development tools, offshore photovoltaic installations, offshore hydrogen energy systems, tidal and wave energy devices, as well as energy storage technologies and equipment.
In addition to the Offshore Energy and Marine Engineering Technology Equipment Zone, this year’s expo will feature several other thematic sections, including the China Shipbuilding Group Pavilion, the Unmanned Systems and Marine Digital Intelligence Technology Equipment Zone, the Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Zone, the Shipboard Supporting Equipment and Products Zone, and the Marine Science and Innovation Achievements Zone, covering industries such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, energy, intelligent equipment, materials, and technology services.
