展会简介
The Exhibition Value of the ChinaMach Ningbo International Machine Tool Show
- An Internationally Renowned UFI‑Certified Event in China’s Machine Tool Industry: Founded in 2000, the China (Ningbo) International Machine Tool Exhibition is a premier event for the machine tool sector, endorsed and supported by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Ningbo. It has earned authoritative certification from the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). Rooted in China’s manufacturing hub and driven by the substantial industrial demand of the Yangtze River Delta, it has become the most influential specialized machine tool exhibition in Eastern China.
- A One‑Stop Showcase Covering the Entire Industry Chain: The exhibition encompasses the full spectrum of the machine tool industry, including machining centers, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, drilling machines, grinders, and other metalworking equipment; mold‑making technologies such as electrical discharge machining, wire EDM, and CNC engraving mills; laser processing solutions for sheet metal—laser cutting/welding/marking, bending machines, presses, and stamping equipment; intelligent manufacturing and automation systems, including industrial robots, smart production lines, and digital factory solutions; power transmission components—hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive elements; metal‑cutting tools and machine tool accessories; as well as broader manufacturing plant equipment. From precision machining to smart factories, exhibitors can seamlessly connect with customers across all stages of the value chain, from technology demonstrations and brand exposure to business negotiations.
- Precise Access to Core Buyers and Industrial Clusters in the Yangtze River Delta: Ningbo, Zhejiang, and the broader Yangtze River Delta constitute China’s manufacturing heartland, home to vast industrial clusters spanning automotive and auto parts, molds, aerospace, and mechanical processing. The last edition attracted over 500 exhibitors from 16 countries and regions, drawing 33,177 professional visitors—an increase of 14.2% compared to the previous show. Attendees came from 32 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, as well as eight countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, enabling exhibitors to engage directly with the region’s most discerning purchasing audiences.
- Unique Strategic Value for Chinese Enterprises: A Catalyst for Deepening Presence in the Yangtze River Delta Manufacturing Hub: Zhejiang Province hosts nearly two million manufacturing enterprises, with key sectors including petrochemicals, high‑end machinery, automotive and auto parts, molds, home appliances and consumer electronics, power tools, fasteners, and bearings. As “China’s Brand Capital,” “China’s Mold Capital,” and “China’s Plastics Machinery Capital,” Ningbo serves as a critical production base for automotive and component manufacturing, general machinery, plastics processing, and home appliance assembly. The exhibition places particular emphasis on three major application areas—new‑energy vehicle components, mold making, and mechanical processing—providing exhibitors with a highly targeted platform for market engagement.
- International Perspective and Global Market Outreach: The event has intensified its international promotion efforts, inviting more than a hundred overseas buyers from Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, North Africa, and other regions to attend group procurement missions, helping domestic companies expand into global markets. With Chinese and international machine tool manufacturers competing side by side, the exhibition highlights brand equity and underscores corporate competitiveness.
- High‑Level Forums and In‑Depth Industry Networking: Concurrent with the exhibition, events such as the HiTalks Forum on Innovative Hydraulic Technologies for Machine Tools, the High‑Quality Development Summit under the theme “Domestic‑International Synergy,” and the Supply‑Demand Express—International Procurement Conference—are held. These forums bring together industry experts, corporate executives, and leading technologists to engage in in‑depth discussions on cutting‑edge technological trends, evolving market demands, and pathways for advancing intelligent manufacturing, offering exhibitors valuable opportunities for business collaboration.
