Exhibition Review
The 12th China International Police Equipment Expo (Police Expo) will be held from May 14 to 17, 2025, at the Shougang International Exhibition Center in Beijing, under the theme “New Technologies, New Equipment, New Combat Capabilities.” With a total exhibition area of 64,000 square meters, this edition sets a new record for scale, attracting 835 exhibiting companies from 12 countries and regions. The event drew 140,000 on-site visitors and 110,000 online attendees.
Beijing Police Expo has, for the first time, established a Smart Unmanned Equipment Zone, focusing on data-driven operations, human–machine collaboration, precision empowerment, and intelligent security. This zone comprehensively showcases unmanned systems designed for law enforcement applications across aerial, ground, surface, and underwater environments. Cutting-edge products such as AR smart glasses, exoskeleton robots, spherical robots, and robotic dogs were prominently displayed, drawing widespread attention. Additionally, the inaugural Jinghong Equipment Special Zone leverages an independently controllable police‑grade HarmonyOS to create a new ecosystem that ensures secure connectivity, information sharing, and operational synergy among policing equipment.
The Public Security Equipment Pavilion features 12 thematic zones, including Criminal Technology, Traffic Management, Immigration Management, Drug Control Technology, Policing Welfare, and Police Innovation. The Traffic Management Equipment Zone highlights 35 innovative solutions, such as alcohol‑detection screening robots and autonomous smart patrol vehicles. The Immigration Management Equipment Zone presents 89 state-of-the-art devices, including “no‑document‑required” passage systems, robotic dogs, and humanoid robots. Meanwhile, the Policing Welfare Zone focuses on health‑related equipment, such as smart policing oxygen chambers, emergency hemostatic dressings, and aquatic rescue robots, all aimed at safeguarding officers’ physical and mental well-being.
The International Enterprise Pavilion welcomes 30 overseas exhibitors from 11 countries, including the United States, Canada, Germany, and Italy. In the New Products and Technologies Release Area, 28 cutting-edge innovations were selected from 258 submissions by 124 companies, marking their global debut.During the Police Expo, demand‑matching events were organized between public security agencies and industry partners. Thirty-one provincial, regional, and municipal public security authorities engaged in face-to-face discussions with over one hundred enterprises.
