Breaking free from traditional runway boundaries, this edition of the fashion week has created an integrated urban fashion ecosystem comprising a main venue and distinctive satellite venues, bringing professional runway shows to every corner of the city. At the heart of the fashion week, the opening show is headlined by a leading local haute couture brand from Dalian, followed by a total of 23 dedicated brand presentations. Renowned designers such as Jin Ding Award winner Zeng Fengfei and celebrated Russian designer Tatiana Smirnova, alongside emerging local talents and academic design forces, take the stage together, blending Eastern aesthetics with international trends to deliver a high‑caliber, professional fashion extravaganza.

Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit.
