Since 2016, the China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Equipment & Raw Materials Exhibition (Shanghai) and the China (Tianjin) Ice Cream and Frozen Food Raw Materials, Processing Technologies, and Equipment Exhibition—two major northern and southern ice cream expos—have been jointly held, forming a powerful synergy.
