Since 2016, the China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Equipment & Raw Materials Exhibition (Shanghai) and the China (Tianjin) Ice Cream and Frozen Food Raw Materials, Processing Technologies, and Equipment Exhibition have been jointly held, combining the strengths of these two major northern and southern events. This year’s expo featured five major thematic zones: Machinery & Equipment, Raw Materials & Ingredients, Finished Products, Comprehensive Solutions, and International. Tens of thousands of ice cream products, equipment, raw materials, ingredients, and accessories were showcased.
