TOPS carefully selects each exhibitor through rigorous professional screening, evaluating them across multiple dimensions, including product quality, visitor satisfaction, and brand visibility. Using identifiable tags, the exhibition precisely profiles all attendees—distributors, pet stores, breeders, e‑commerce platforms, Taobao sellers, KOLs, and service providers—each receiving personalized identification and dedicated exhibition services, thus making upstream–downstream matching more efficient.

As China’s annual preferred platform for the pet industry, the Hangzhou Pet Expo – TOPS Pet Expo features over 1,200 exhibitors and an exhibition space of 100,000 square meters, attracting 82,464 professional visitors from 32 countries and regions—an increase of 7.6% year over year. The on‑site trade atmosphere was exceptionally vibrant, with overseas buyers growing by 129%.

This year, we welcomed 1,169 overseas buyers from 32 countries and regions, including Belgium, France, Thailand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Russia, Germany, Italy, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, and others. Though the road ahead may be long, perseverance will lead us forward. Further advancing internationalization remains the core strategy for the next five years, aiming to help Chinese brands grow stronger on the global stage, beyond mere manufacturing.

Due to scheduling constraints, the seventh edition of the TOPS Pet Expo will temporarily relocate from Shanghai to the Hangzhou International Expo Center (G20 Exhibition). Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit. On site, verify entry with your ID card or by scanning the e-ticket QR code.
