World Transport Convention (WTC)

The World Transport Convention (WTC) is one of the most influential transportation exhibitions in China. Co-hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Transport, and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, it has exerted a significant impact on the domestic and international transportation sectors. It is evolving into a prominent international brand for academic exchange, providing a global platform for government, industry, academia, research, and application to foster, guide, showcase, and implement innovation.

Established by CAST in response to President Xi Jinping's important directives on scientific and technological innovation, WTC serves as an international platform for academic exchange. Since its inception in 2017, WTC has been dedicated to promoting global transportation technological innovation and cooperation. It has achieved remarkable results in facilitating international academic exchanges, deepening the integration of industry, academia, and research, and enhancing the global influence of China's transportation sector.

World Transport Convention (WTC) tickets are e-tickets. Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit. On site, verify entry with your ID card or by scanning the e-ticket QR code.
