Since its opening in 1990, the Beijing International Convention Center has hosted nearly a thousand domestic and international exhibitions and trade shows of varying scales each year. In 2002, it underwent a strategic integration with the Beichen Wuzhou Grand Hotel. Leveraging the group’s comprehensive strengths, this merger significantly enhanced operational capabilities, expanded market share, and established a premier brand in the domestic and global exhibition industry. Both the Beijing International Convention Center and the Beichen Wuzhou Grand Hotel are part of the Beichen Group, located in the Asian Games Village business district, offering first-class, one-stop services for meetings, exhibitions, office space, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping. Situated within the Asian Games Village, the venue enjoys stunning views of the Olympic venues to the north and is conveniently accessible via the Fourth Ring Road, providing an elegant setting and excellent transportation links.

The Beijing International Convention Center has been awarded the “Five-Star Best Service Venue” designation by the Beijing Municipal Tourism Administration. On April 15, 1996, it joined the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) as a member. As a five-star conference facility, it boasts 48 versatile meeting rooms and 5,000 square meters of exhibition space. Meanwhile, the Beichen Wuzhou Grand Hotel is a four-star property featuring 538 uniquely styled guest rooms and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
