Huaihai International Exhibition Center is located at the intersection of Han Yuan Avenue and Yuntai Road in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City, a 10-minute drive from Xuzhou East High-speed Railway Station. It has 1,365 parking spaces and is conveniently served by Subway Lines 5 and 6.

The Huaihai International Exhibition Center has an investment of 1 billion yuan, with a total land area of 120.8 hectares and a total construction area of 674,100 square meters. The project is planned and implemented in phases based on the concept of "Nine States Qing Yan, Five Provinces Communicate." Phase I covers approximately 36.6 hectares (including 7.3 hectares along Pengzu Avenue), with a total construction area of 189,000 square meters, including indoor net exhibition space of 66,000 square meters (6 standard exhibition halls with indoor net display area of 11,000 square meters each) and one four-star hotel and one business hotel; Phase II covers approximately 84.2 hectares, with a total construction area of 485,100 square meters, including indoor net exhibition space of 220,000 square meters (including 12 standard exhibition halls with indoor net display area of 15,000 square meters each and 4 standard exhibition halls with indoor net display area of 10,000 square meters each) and outdoor exhibition area of 150,000 square meters.
