The Tokyo Logistics Center (TRC), located in Heiwa-jima, Ota Ward, Tokyo, Japan, is one of the country’s earliest and most iconic public‑type logistics parks. Since its establishment in 1967, TRC has not only addressed the growing issues of traffic congestion and low logistics efficiency in the Tokyo metropolitan area but has also set a benchmark for modern logistics infrastructure development across Asia through its integrated “logistics + office + exhibition” model.

In November 1967, Tokyo Logistics Center Co., Ltd. (TRC) was officially founded.Situated in the southern part of Heiwa-jima, Ota Ward, Tokyo, the site was originally reclaimed land. It enjoys a strategic location adjacent to major arterial routes such as Route 1, Loop Route 7, the Coastal Road, and the First Keihin Expressway, while being close to both the port and Haneda Airport, thus benefiting from exceptional sea‑land‑air transportation connectivity.

The Tokyo Logistics Center comprises three core components: a logistics building, an office tower, and an exhibition center, enabling unified management of goods from receipt to dispatch.

Each building offers approximately 172,000 square meters of total floor space—equivalent to the combined area of four Tokyo baseball stadiums. Constructed with a multi‑story reinforced concrete structure, the complex features gentle ramps that allow freight trucks to drive directly onto the sixth floor. This design disperses vehicle traffic across multiple levels, significantly reducing handling time and enhancing operational efficiency.
