The Germany Baking Expo (IBA) is the leading professional baking exhibition in the international baking industry. It began in 1949 and is organized by the German Baking Association. As a well-known trade fair in the baking industry, IBA offers a rich range of exhibits, catering to both newcomers and seasoned professionals. Michael Wippler, President of the German Bakers' Federation, said: 'This year, the topic of young talent has received particular attention. The exhibition not only promotes healthy competition among outstanding talents but also successfully awards national honor medals. In addition, trainees in the baking industry participated in various related activities on site, such as Young Talent Day, baking training courses, etc. We hope to inspire young people's enthusiasm for the baking industry through excellent platforms like IBA.'
