The Jiangmen Advanced Manufacturing Expo (also known as the Jiangmen Machinery Expo) is advancing alongside the growth of advanced equipment manufacturing and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. In the future, Jiangmen will plan and layout with a global perspective and strategic vision, actively creating a new economic growth pole in the Pearl River West Bank, seizing the commanding heights of future economic development. This exhibition is held in response to the government's call and the huge market demand, aiming to accelerate the development of advanced equipment manufacturing in the Jiangmen area and promote manufacturing enterprises to carry out a new round of technological transformation.

Jiangmen, an old industrial base in Guangdong, has a solid foundation for manufacturing development. It is reported that since 2019, in order to build an advanced manufacturing strong city, accelerate the rise of a thousand-billion-level industrial cluster, and strive for qualitative leaps in economic development, Jiangmen City has been focusing on building major industrial development platforms. A series of effective policies and measures have been introduced in terms of promoting project construction and production, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, focusing on industrial招商and attracting investment, creating a good business environment, etc., achieving remarkable results. Especially the development of high-end equipment manufacturing is in good condition, with a group of quality industrial projects gathered in three major areas: rail transit, shipbuilding, and intelligent equipment and machine tools.

At the same time, in order to improve the supporting services at the exhibition site, the organizer introduced financial institutions such as ICBC, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Communications, Guangfa, and China Merchants to participate in the exhibition, helping the financial industry to stabilize enterprises and protect employment with practical actions. During the exhibition, forums such as the "Jiangmen Advanced Manufacturing Development Forum" and the "Belt and Road Initiative Enabling Innovation and Development of Manufacturing Industry Forum" were also held.
