The Yiwu International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition (ME EXPO) is the largest and most influential intelligent equipment exhibition in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region. Co-organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Yiwu Municipal People's Government, the exhibition leverages the implementation of the "Zhejiang Action Plan for Made in China 2025" to build a renowned domestic and international platform for the display, exchange, and cooperation of equipment manufacturing. It aims to facilitate the introduction of world-class equipment, technologies, and talent teams from both home and abroad.

The previous edition of the Yiwu International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition (ME EXPO) covered a total exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, featuring 500 exhibitors and attracting 30,000 attendees. This included over 10,000 executives and procurement representatives from industrial enterprises above designated size in Zhejiang Province. The exhibition also aims to invite procurement delegations from over 15 central state-owned enterprises, buyer groups organized by more than 60 well-known industry associations, and a professional overseas buyer delegation of over 500 participants to engage in procurement and matchmaking activities.

The Yiwu International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition (ME EXPO) serves to expand markets for the equipment manufacturing industry, promote initiatives such as "machine replacement" and "intelligent manufacturing," and foster the development of high-end equipment manufacturing. The exhibition targets a total contract value of over RMB 12 billion, with equipment procurement contracts from provincial manufacturing enterprises reaching at least RMB 6.7 billion, and equipment sales contracts from provincial exhibitors reaching at least RMB 2.95 billion.
