China Beijing Marine Engineering Technology and Equipment Expo (China Maritime (CM), also known as the Beijing Offshore Show) has become one of the most influential exhibitions in the industry covering marine engineering, offshore oil and gas, and onshore oil and gas. Aimed at leveraging Beijing's global perspective, it creates a high-end exhibition platform covering the global marine industry, promoting domestic and international cooperation in offshore technology and equipment, and effectively promoting the dissemination and promotion of leading offshore technology and equipment worldwide.

Marine engineering equipment manufacturing is one of the key areas identified by China's Manufacturing 2025 plan, an important component of China's strategic emerging industries, and a key direction for high-end equipment manufacturing. It is an important foundation and support for China's implementation of its national strategy of building a maritime power. The Beijing International Marine Engineering Technology and Equipment Exhibition CM has attracted 1,800 participating companies from 65 countries and regions, with 46 Fortune Global 500 companies, 18 international delegations, over 123,000 professional visitors, and an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, making it the annual Asian offshore event. The exhibition also hosted the "Offshore Wind Power Industry Development Summit Forum", which received praise from industry organizations and government agencies.
