The China Ocean Economy Expo (CHINA MARINE ECONOMY EXPO) is the only national-level ocean economy exhibition in China. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Guangdong Province, it serves as an important platform for accelerating marine scientific and technological innovation, enhancing the development capacity of marine resources, fostering the growth of emerging marine industries, and promoting practical cooperation in maritime connectivity and various fields.

The China Ocean Economy Expo covers an exhibition area of over 100,000 square meters. Among them, the main hall and N specialized exhibition areas are set up inside the venue, while a leisure boat special exhibition area is set up outside the venue. Focusing on six major application scenarios including ship and port shipping, marine oil and gas and mineral resource development, marine engineering and environmental protection, marine electronic information, marine biomedicine and pharmaceuticals, and marine tourism and culture, it showcases the latest achievements, cutting-edge technologies, and international cooperation opportunities in the marine field. It will provide audiences with exchanges, innovations, and applications across the entire marine industry chain, sharing both online and offline highlights.

Leading marine enterprises such as China Merchants Group, CSSC, CNOOC, CNPC, CIMC, Shenzhen Port, Nan Shan Group, Zhongtian Technology, and a number of other leading marine enterprises, as well as key research institutions, marine-related research institutions, and universities under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Natural Resources, such as the National Marine Information Center, Ocean University of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in Shenzhen, Chinese Academy of Sciences Geology and Physics Research Institute, Southern University of Science and Technology, and Guangdong Ocean Association, will gather at the expo to showcase their latest products and technologies, presenting new achievements in high-quality marine development. Overseas companies and organizations, led by classification societies such as the American Bureau of Shipping and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, Kongsberg, and Regal Beloit, will also actively participate, showcasing blue hard power from multiple dimensions.
