Profile
The China International Coatings Show (CHINACOAT) is a world-class coatings exhibition. Since its inception in 1996, it has served the industry and is now held annually in alternating venues in Shanghai and Guangzhou, providing an international platform for suppliers and manufacturers in the coatings sector to showcase their products and conduct business. The event facilitates face-to-face interactions with a global audience, particularly from China and across Asia, offering attendees a comprehensive range of raw materials, technologies, production processes, as well as equipment and machinery for coating and ink manufacturing.
At the most recent edition of CHINACOAT, the total exhibition area reached 91,900 square meters, with 1,341 exhibitors hailing from Taiwan, Germany, the United States, Spain, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Italy, Russia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other countries. The number of visitors totaled 47,296. In addition, more than 40 technical seminars and three specialized training sessions were organized during the show, providing insights into cutting-edge industry technologies.
CHINACOAT is divided into five major thematic zones, covering powder coatings; UV/EB curing technologies and related products; international equipment and services; Chinese equipment, instruments, and services; and international raw materials. By continuously fostering opportunities for exchange and trade within the coatings industry and its related manufacturing sectors, the exhibition strives to drive industry growth and remains an essential event for professionals in the field.

China (Guangzhou) International Coatings Exhibition tickets are e-tickets. Mainland China visitors must complete online pre-registration with real-name ID verification; overseas visitors must use passport verification; Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan visitors must use their travel permit. On site, verify entry with your ID card or by scanning the e-ticket QR code.

Venue transport
- Metro / rail
Take Metro Line 8 to either Pazhou Station or Xingangdong Station. Exit via Exit A at Xingangdong Station or Exits A/B at Pazhou Station, and you will have direct access to the various exhibition zones of the Canton Fair Complex.
- Air
From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport: Take Metro Line 3 (Northern Extension) to “Tiyu Xilu Station,” transfer to Metro Line 3 (toward Fanyu Square) to “Kecun Station,” then switch to Metro Line 8 (toward Wanshengwei) to either “Xingangdong Station” or “Pazhou Station.”
- Train
From Guangzhou South Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station, then transfer to Metro Line 8 (toward WanShengWei) for a direct ride to Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.
From Guangzhou Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station, then transfer to Metro Line 8.
From Guangzhou East Railway Station: Take the northern extension of Metro Line 3 or Line 1 to Tiyu Xilu Station, transfer to Line 3 to Kecun Station, and then transfer to Line 8.

By car, you can navigate to “Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou).” The venue is located adjacent to the South China Expressway, Xin’gang East Road, and Yuejiang Road.
