Profile
Guangzhou International Coatings Industry Exhibition (ICIE) has been held since 2003, encompassing the ICIE International (Guangzhou) Coatings Industry Exhibition as well as its related thematic exhibitions for adhesives and inks. In 2012, the event obtained UFI certification from the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry and undergoes rigorous annual audits by this organization, earning widespread recognition within the industry.
Guided by the requirements of high-quality development in the new era, the Guangzhou International Coatings Industry Exhibition (ICIE) deeply integrates resources from domestic and international industry associations, experts, researchers, seasoned practitioners, end-users, and industry media, exploring how enterprises can achieve sustainability and growth in today’s market environment.
This edition of the exhibition will highlight raw materials for coatings, inks, and adhesives; production, testing, laboratory, and packaging equipment and services; UV/EB curing technologies and products; safety and protective solutions; environmental management systems; and other ancillary services. It will also feature powder coatings and other coating products, adhesive and sealant products and technologies, inks and related offerings, as well as surface treatment, electroplating, and coating equipment and materials.
The Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the fastest-growing bay areas globally, ranking fifth worldwide in terms of added value and leading all global bay areas in economic growth rate. Industries such as computer and communications equipment manufacturing, electrical machinery and apparatus manufacturing, and automotive manufacturing have demonstrated exceptional performance, creating substantial opportunities for sectoral advancement.
Concurrent with the Guangzhou International Coatings Industry Exhibition (ICIE), more than 20 high-caliber industry forums, technical seminars, and networking events will be organized. From June 17 to 19, 2025, the 2025 Guangzhou International Coatings Industry Exhibition (ICIE) was successfully held at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou, establishing itself as a key annual event driving the industry’s green and digital transformation. Covering a total area of 20,000 square meters, the exhibition brought together more than 500 leading companies from around the globe. Over its three-day run, it attracted 30,425 professional visitors from 16 countries and regions, including China, India, Russia, the United States, and Japan, while garnering support from nearly one hundred domestic and international associations and media outlets—underscoring its significant international influence as a premier industry platform in Asia.
The exhibition precisely identified and prominently showcased two core pillars of industry development:
Green and sustainable development: From waterborne and low-VOC coatings to powder coatings and eco‑friendly adhesives, green products and technologies were featured throughout the venue, addressing clear market demands aligned with global “dual carbon” goals.
Digitalization and intelligent manufacturing: For the first time, the exhibition introduced a “Digital Production Showcase Area,” spearheaded by the Guangdong Province Coatings and Inks Industry Digitalization Alliance, demonstrating how smart manufacturing solutions are empowering industrial upgrading.

Take Metro Line 8 to either Pazhou Station or Xingangdong Station. Exit via Exit A at Xingangdong Station or Exits A/B at Pazhou Station, and you will have direct access to the various exhibition zones of the Canton Fair Complex.
