As one of China's pioneering market-oriented, academically and technologically led professional international exhibitions, the China International Exhibition on Measurement, Control and Instrumentation (MICONEX) has been committed since its inception to advancing the national "Manufacturing Powerhouse" strategy. Leveraging its strengths in "leading technological innovation, supporting industry development, facilitating exchanges, and serving enterprises," the exhibition has alternated between Beijing and Shanghai, significantly driving the growth of China's measurement, control, and instrumentation technology and industry, while enhancing the overall manufacturing capabilities of the sector.

The previous edition of the China International Exhibition on Measurement, Control and Instrumentation (MICONEX) covered a total exhibition area of 25,000 square meters, featuring 418 exhibiting companies and attracting 36,600 visitors. It has established a long-term, stable platform for exchange within the domestic and international instrumentation community.

With the adjustment of national development strategies, China has transitioned from extensive, high-speed growth to a "New Normal" characterized by innovation-driven, quality-focused, and efficiency-oriented medium-to-high-speed development. The strategic layout of the China International Exhibition on Measurement, Control and Instrumentation (MICONEX) will accordingly and promptly shift towards China's central and western regions.
