The Panama WCC has introduced a new educational program designed for individuals seeking to learn more about the WCC and begin their journey toward becoming WCC-certified judges.

Eligible competitors may opt to defer their participation to ensure no one loses their right to compete in the World Championships due to unforeseen circumstances. The rules and regulations for each competition are applied at both national and world levels and are updated annually under the supervision of the Competition Strategy Committee.
