The Turkey Istanbul Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition (Seafood Expo Eurasia) is the most influential exhibition for fisheries, processing, and aquaculture in the Eurasian region; it is a new international grand event for enterprises engaged in fisheries and related fields. This is a new activity aimed at facilitating communication among personnel involved in fisheries business and those closely related fields.

This new global event has attracted interest from the world's fisheries and aquaculture sectors. The Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has praised the exhibition for its role in promoting Turkish products internationally and strengthening the status of Turkey as a rising center for seafood trade.

Anna Shelkova, the exhibition director, said, "Organizing the Seafood Expo Eurasia for the first time was a challenging task, but with the support of our partners, exhibitors, and visitors, we have laid the groundwork for future development. We bring together the most important areas of the fisheries and aquaculture industry to ensure effective interaction between them."

This year, professional visitors from 91 countries around Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and other regions attended the fair. Visitors were mainly interested in aquaculture, followed by fish products and their distribution.

Apart from exhibitor presentations, the Seafood Expo Eurasia also launched a comprehensive business program tailored to the specific circumstances of the promising Eurasian seafood market and key global industry issues. The conference focused on discussing the development of fish trade in Latin America, Africa, Turkey, and across the Eurasian continent, as well as best practices for aquaculture, fish oil and fishmeal production, and seafood cold chain logistics.

There are several attractive centers in the world that gather the largest fisheries companies. However, the current geopolitical situation makes it difficult for some regions to be fully represented on their usual platforms. The Turkey Istanbul Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition (Seafood Expo Eurasia) is an even better trade platform for Chinese fisheries and seafood enterprises to enter the Eurasian region.
