The Hefei World Manufacturing Convention - Hefei Industrial Exhibition (World Manufacturing Convention, abbreviated as WMC) is co-hosted by the People's Government of Anhui Province, the National Strategy Consulting Committee for Building a Strong Manufacturing Country, the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and the Global Alliance of SMEs. The convention is themed "Intelligent Manufacturing, Creating a Better Future", and will host opening ceremonies with keynote speeches, key industry chain supply and demand matching meetings, major project signing ceremonies, authoritative releases, and achievement exhibitions.

The Hefei World Manufacturing Convention - Hefei Industrial Exhibition (WMC) will invite important guests such as foreign dignitaries and government officials, leaders from relevant national departments and provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities), representatives from international organizations and business associations, leading figures in domestic and international manufacturing industries, academicians, and experts to attend. The convention will focus on themes such as promoting intelligent manufacturing, facilitating cooperation and exchanges in the manufacturing sector, and artificial intelligence, deeply discussing the latest trends in frontier technologies and industrial development, and exploring methods and paths to promote new industrialization and develop new quality productive forces together.

The structure of the convention activities is "4 6 15", which consists of 4 major events, 6 project matching events, and 15 specialized events. High-level planning of major events such as the opening ceremony and keynote speeches at the convention. Inviting representatives from central enterprises, foreign companies, Hong Kong and Macao companies, Taiwan companies, overseas Chinese companies, and private companies to gather in Anhui, holding activities such as the Anhui Province Central Enterprise Cooperation Development Forum, Anhui New Industry with Foreign Companies Cooperation Exchange Meeting, Anhui-Hong Kong and Macao Manufacturing Cooperation Exchange Meeting, Anhui-Taiwan Advantage Industry Cooperation Promotion Meeting, Overseas Chinese Innovation Project Matching and Chaohu Overseas Chinese Innovation Association, and China Manufacturing Private Enterprise Cooperation Exchange Meeting. By leveraging the convention's supply and demand matching platform, it aims to achieve the goal of using the convention as a medium, gathering wisdom through the convention, and attracting investment through the convention.
