Tianjin Jinguang Economic Zone AVIC Helicopter Industrial Base

The National Aerospace Industry Base is located within theBinhai New Area in theJinguang Economic Zone, approved by theMinistry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as aNational Demonstration Base for New Industrialization. The aerospace industry has formed an industrial agglomeration effect in Tianjin, with major projects settling in successively. Currently, it has formed a cluster of industries centered around large aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, large rockets, satellites, and space stations, known as the “Three Aircrafts, One Arrow, One Satellite, and One Space Station”.

In the Binhai New Area Industrial Layout Plan (2010-2020), it was proposed that during the 'Twelfth Five-Year Plan' period, a total area of 30 square kilometers would be planned and constructed for the aerospace industry集聚区jùlèyùZone, aiming to create a world-class aerospace industry base.
