Wulin Star Exhibition Center
The Wulin Star Exhibition Center project is centered around the original "Hangzhou Oxygen Plant" and "Hangzhou Boiler Plant", occupying approximately 530 mu of land with a total construction area of about 7 million square meters. It preserves nine industrial heritage buildings, including six old factories from Hangyang and three from Hangbo.
The "Wulin Star Exhibition Center" project is the largest and highest quality industrial heritage conservation area in Hangzhou, dedicated to the protection and rejuvenation of old factories. Guided by the concept of "making life better through urban development", it reshapes the space of old factories, recreates their functions, infuses culture, and innovates commercially. This sets a benchmark for the protection of industrial heritage in Hangzhou, a heavyweight project for Hangzhou's internationalization, and a model project for organic urban renewal in Hangzhou. Ultimately, it will be transformed into an international city exhibition center and international cultural tourism complex, with a core focus on museums, theaters, art galleries, and boutique art hotels.
