China Dalian Import and Export Commodity Fair (DIECF) was established in 1987 and is the first regional import and export commodity fair approved by the original Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of China. It has become an annual comprehensive international trade fair with significant influence in Northeast China and the Yellow Sea and Bohai Rim economic zone.

The Dalian Import and Export Commodity Fair (DIECF) is based on the principle of "making friends, promoting trade, driving investment, and achieving win-win cooperation".
