Participants learned at the press conference and promotional meeting for the 2025 China Sports Culture Expo and China Sports Tourism Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "two expos") that the 2025 two expos will be held from September 12th to 14th at the Suzhou International Expo Center, with Shandong Province as the host province of the 2025 two expos.

Mr. Jin Huang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the National Sports Cultural Development Center, and Director of the China Sports Museum, said that building a sports power and cultural power is crucial to the overall situation of Chinese-style modernization construction, national rejuvenation, and enhancing international competitiveness. This year, the two expos will focus on four aspects: deepening cultural leadership, further enhancing the soft power of building a sports power; deepening resource integration, further accelerating the construction of a large coordinated development pattern across regions and fields; deepening technological empowerment, further cultivating new quality productivity in sports; and deepening international cooperation, further enhancing China's international influence in sports, thereby fully releasing the platform resource gathering efficiency and exhibition brand demonstration leading role, using high-quality sports development to help build a strong country, promote national rejuvenation, and bring happiness to the people.

This year marks the third consecutive year that Suzhou has hosted the two expos. The previous two exhibitions attracted over 1,000 domestic and foreign units, covering the sports administrative departments of all 31 provinces (municipalities, districts) in China, 50 direct units of the State General Administration of Sport system, associations, 22 international single-sport organizations, and foreign embassies and consulates in China, attracting over 400,000 visitors, achieving good results. Mr. Ji Jing, Vice Mayor of the People's Government of Suzhou, said in his speech that the landing and hosting of the two expos is a major opportunity for Suzhou's sports industry to reach new heights. Suzhou will prepare and organize with the highest standards to ensure that the two expos are held at a high level, with distinctive features, and effective results, contributing Suzhou's strength to the integrated development of the "sports + tourism" industry nationwide.

Mr. Jiang Shihai, Chairman of Suzhou International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., introduced that the total scale of the 2025 two expos is about 50,000 square meters, with an expected 600 participating and attending units. This year's exhibition will revolve around the theme of "Sports Energizing a Better Life", creating four highlights, including: in terms of exhibition area structure, deepening细分Deepening the exploration of subdivided fields and setting up a new sports technology and service exhibition area; in terms of platform construction, optimizing the event IP conversion platform to achieve the release and acceptance of event projects on-site; in terms of consumption promotion, specially setting up an export-quality products area and a sports brand consumer area to release consumption potential; in terms of service system, upgrading exhibition services and supporting activities matrix to accurately meet the diverse needs of exhibitors and participants.

At the handover ceremony of the host province, Mr. Luo Qiyi, Deputy Director of Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau, handed over the flag bearing the logos of the two expos to Mr. Jin Huang, Director of the National Sports Cultural Development Center, and Mr. Luan Fengyan, Deputy Director of Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau, took over the flag, completing the handover. As a highland for sports tourism in the eastern coastal areas of China, Shandong relies on unique resources such as "Mount Tai Spirit" and "coastal sports", focusing on regional sports industrial upgrades, relying on the "Shandong Plan" to promote the collaborative innovation of provincial sports resources, and continuously deepening sports cultural exchanges and project cooperation with surrounding provinces and cities. This year, Shandong, as the host province, will take "the fusion of tradition and modernity, the coexistence of sports and tourism" as its core concept, create the "Good Fortune Shandong · Vigorous Shandong" themed pavilion, deeply integrate the cultural essence of "one mountain, one water, and one sage" in Shandong, interpret the Shandong sports spirit of "vigor, openness, innovation, and win-win" through digital technologies, sports-tourism integration scenarios, and elements of mass fitness, and strengthen the "Good Fortune Shandong" brand image.

The China Sports Culture Expo is hosted by the National Sports总局General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Olympic Committee, and is currently the only expo hosted by the National Sports总局General Administration of Sport of China; the China Sports Tourism Expo is hosted by the All-China Sports Federation, the Chinese Olympic Committee, and the China Tourism Association (hereinafter referred to as the "two expos"). The 2025 two expos are organized by the National Sports Cultural Development Center, the People's Government of Suzhou, and the Suzhou International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd. The two expos have been settled in Suzhou for five consecutive years from 2023 to 2027.

The 2025 two expos aim to accelerate the construction of a sports power, meet the health needs of the people, and promote the high-quality development of sports in the new era, based on national strategies and facing the international market. They aim to use sports and tourism integration to promote sports consumption, give full play to the comprehensive value and diversified functions of sports in Chinese-style modernization and high-quality development, and use high-quality sports development to help national development, promote social progress, and bring happiness to the people. They will build an international, professional, market-oriented, and high-end sports culture and sports tourism display and trading platform.

The 2025 two expos will also feature a series of champion-related activities, including "Champion Face-to-Face" thematic dialogues, art scrolls created by champions, and the "Champion Fitness" theme activity; traditional Chinese sports projects/national characteristic sports projects performances, 2025 excellent projects of Chinese sports culture recommended, 2025 Chinese sports tourism premium projects recommended, local sports and tourism culture projects recommendations, sports art display and exchange, national sports creative works display, international sports and tourism projects recommendations, etc.; global sports brand events release, sports industry standard release and interpretation, sports General Administration of Sport of China's three counties (Shanxi Fan Shi County, Hunan Sangzhi County, Guizhou Zhenjin County) sports work exchange meeting, sports new product debut, etc.; sports collection appreciation and auction, "follow the event to travel" outdoor parent-child / study tour, sports and tourism premium routes research, etc.

The Youth Physical Education Integration Development Conference invites leaders from the sports and education sectors, university experts, grassroots education management officials, educators, representatives of physical education enterprises, etc., focusing on the core of "physical education integration", focusing on the theory of serving the healthy development of young people, and exploring the experience, difficulties, and countermeasures of physical education integration.

The 2024 two expos will be held under the theme of "New Look of Sports New Era of National Strength", with an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, setting up four main exhibition areas: sports culture and sports tourism, local sports culture and sports tourism, specialized exhibition areas for featured sports projects, and national and international group exhibition areas. It will gather more than 500 domestic and foreign participating companies.
