The China Sports Culture Expo (CSCE) is held concurrently with the China Sports Tourism Expo. Shandong Province will serve as the Guest of Honor Province for both expos in 2025. Centered on the theme "Sports Empowering a Better Life," this edition will feature four key highlights: In terms of exhibition layout, it will delve into niche sectors and innovatively add a Sports Technology & Services Zone. For platform development, it will optimize the event IP commercialization platform to facilitate on-site project launches and matchmaking. To boost consumption, it will feature dedicated zones for premium export products and sports brand consumption to unlock market potential. Regarding service systems, it will upgrade exhibition services and supporting event matrices to precisely meet the diverse needs of exhibitors and attendees.
As a leading sports tourism destination on China's eastern coast, Shandong leverages distinctive resources such as the "Mount Tai Spirit" and "coastal sports" to focus on upgrading its regional sports industry. Grounded in the "Qilu Initiative," it promotes collaborative innovation of provincial sports resources and continuously deepens cultural exchanges and project cooperation with neighboring provinces and municipalities. This year, as the Guest of Honor Province, Shandong will build a themed pavilion under the concept "Good Luck Shandong · Dynamic Qilu," centered on the integration of tradition and modernity, and the symbiosis of sports and cultural tourism.
