The China International Science and Technology Exhibition Center, also known as the China International Science and Technology Exhibition Center, is located at Madian Bridge on the North Third Ring Road. With a total floor area of 120,000 square meters, it has officially been completed and put into operation. The complex comprises three distinct buildings—A, B, and C. Its majestic architectural form and distinctive aesthetic appeal have firmly established it as one of the region’s most iconic landmarks in northern Beijing.

The China International Science and Technology Exhibition Center’s imposing architecture and unique architectural charm have undeniably made it a landmark in northern Beijing. Its completion marks the arrival of the first large-scale, high-end, multi‑functional business center in the area, integrating a 5A‑class smart office tower, upscale hotel‑style serviced apartments, state‑of‑the‑art exhibition halls, internationally‑standard multipurpose conference facilities, a revolving café, and a wide array of dining and entertainment amenities.

Buildings A and B are 5A‑class smart office towers, with a combined gross floor area of 56,000 square meters. They feature Beijing’s leading intelligent systems and premium finishes, offering clients comprehensive business services and an exceptional information‑technology environment. Building C, spanning floors 5 through 21, is a convention‑hotel‑apartment complex totaling 21,100 square meters, comprising 166 uniquely designed apartment suites with diverse layouts and interior styles. These hotel‑style serviced apartments include both business suites and luxury suites.

The exhibition halls in Buildings B, on the first and second floors, provide a total exhibition space of 9,300 square meters. The first‑floor hall covers 5,700 square meters and is divided into two zones, A and B, while the second‑floor hall spans 3,600 square meters. These spaces primarily host high‑end domestic and international exhibitions showcasing cutting‑edge technologies, scientific innovations, information‑related content, and cultural and artistic works, emphasizing technological themes and refined cultural aesthetics.

The conference facilities of the China International Science and Technology Exhibition Center are located on the third, fourth, and fifteenth floors of Building B, with a total usable area of 5,000 square meters. They consist of meeting rooms ranging from 10 to 400 square meters, accommodating between 5 and 400 participants, as well as multifunctional halls and negotiation rooms.

On the twenty-third floor of Building C, there is a unique revolving restaurant exclusive to northern Beijing, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and covering over 500 square meters. Rotating at a pace of approximately 90 to 120 minutes per revolution, it offers diners panoramic views of the entire northern Beijing region, including Deshengmen, the Asian Games Village, the under‑construction Olympic Village, and Zhongguancun.

On the fifteenth floor of Building B, a Cantonese–Shanghainese cuisine restaurant serves signature dishes such as shark fin and abalone, providing guests with authentic Hong Kong‑style flavors. An employee cafeteria ensures convenient dining options for office tenants, while a quick‑service restaurant offers a diverse selection of tasty fast‑food choices for exhibitors and visitors. Meanwhile, the New Joy Bar, situated at the southeast corner of the complex, exudes a stylish, romantic ambiance, delivering a distinctive experience and enjoyment. Fully equipped with modern amenities and attentive service, it stocks more than a hundred varieties of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, along with an extensive range of beverages and light snacks, making it an ideal venue for gatherings with friends and leisurely entertainment.
