The China (Guangzhou) International Bakery Exhibition is positioned as the largest bakery exhibition in China. It was previously known as the "National Bakery Raw Materials and Equipment Exhibition and the International Exhibition of Ingredients and Equipment for Bakery, Confectionery, and Western Cuisine" and changed its name at the ninth edition. It was the first food exhibition in China to categorize exhibition areas by product type, including equipment and utensils area, raw materials area, mooncake fillings and packaging area, marking a step towards international standards. It has become the most extensive and upscale professional bakery exhibition in China.

The China (Guangzhou) International Bakery Exhibition will gather over 200,000 buyers and more than 1,500 exhibitors from around the world. The exhibition will feature a rich array of activities, including industry summits, forums, the Bakery+ ecosystem, themed zones, etc., aiming to promote exchanges and development in the bakery, coffee tea beverage industries, and explore future industry trends together.
