Salon du Chocolat Shanghai (SALON DU CHOCOLAT, abbreviated as SDC) is the most prestigious chocolate industry exhibition globally. Since its inception in Paris, France in 1995, it has gathered numerous exhibitors from across the chocolate industry chain, including cocoa bean producing countries, chocolate manufacturers, and dessert makers, earning it the title of the "World Cup" of the chocolate industry.
